Biggest issue for me is I am not, nor ever will be a great player. I really enjoy the game, and honestly play for enjoyment. To give you an idea, I think I am on like level 5 or something.
And between work, a six year old and all the other cr@p life sees fit to pass your way, I only have so much time to play. And to waste half of that due to this kind of thing is FUBAR.

I had the misfortune of playing a round with a lot of high school brats and got kick from the server, to make space for more of there friends. I don’t play a lot and not very good (okish) and between the people screaming on the mic and people kicking player for not using a knife is frustrating.

Get a group of friends and play. We're about 8 or so guys who lobby and play together. Much better. Some people get salty, but we take the piss at them and tomorrow all is rosy again. That is the only way to Play CS:GO tbh. Playing with randoms just grinds my balls.
 
I just got my rank over the weekend and looking for some people to lobby with and play together

I ranked my main to AK then deranked to Nova 4 then Ranked again to AK (MG).

My other account got MG2 straight off the bat after my first 10 wins. Was lucky enough to keep it there for the time being.

Deranked and ranked back up again already since then. The MG bracket is hard as you get loads of scrubs in that bracket, they all think they Global Elites :D

I'm not a very good shot though. I get lucky sometimes. But am getting better at the game the more I play. I love this game.
 
A very similar thing happens to me constantly. More so on Tekom JHB server. Where my ping shoots up to 250ms at regular intervals. I am with a wireless internet provider. So that might be the main problem

Yes the more I play the better I get, smoke and grenades are my best friends. The team mate that flash bang at wrong time is my true enemy.

Gave all my cases to colleague who got a $600 knife after opening like 50. He sold it, bought a cheaper flip knife and proceeds goto more games
