I want to study computer science and at the same time do some Networking certifications. During the semesters I will focus on my cs degree and during holidays focus on Networking certifications. Is this doable? and any advice concerning this matter

The resulting jobs are typically quite different. Do you want to become a software engineer or network engineer?

lol , you cant "just" do network certifications in your spare time.Do you know how specialized networking can be ? Choose either programing or networking.

The thing is I am very interested in both of them, and at the same time by doing both I want bro have better opportunities.

Thanks. Any experience required to start learning CCNA

I would recommend rather going to the netacad website and looking at online enrollment in the CCNA courses - the content is then all provided online and is as up to date as can be. There are 3 modules in the current setup and you can get each done in about a week. Then you can chose whether or not to do the international certification exam. Computer engineers do the CCNA qualification as a few two week courses over holidays
