cscape... any good?

Hey all,

Sister wants to get cscape uncapped. But I'm worried coz its a wisp. she says she has a few friends who have been using them for years.... but their claims seem kinda unrealistic.

for example. some studebnt got it to play dota online. four of them play, each with a ping of 40. how is this possible? two people playing on my 384k adsl line, it pushes up to 90+.

anyway - just asking for expierances - no waffling on about wireless this wireless that. i already know all of the arguements. Just expierance with this particular provider please...

bs, nobody not even people with unshapped accounts will get pings that low to official dota servers. Wisps latency will be far worse cause it runs over wireless and as a highsite gets more busy the latency starts shooting sky high.

Not true. Just because its wireless, doesn't mean the latency will be high. You're referring to contention, which will cause latency to increase.

so i need to ask for contention and see what more people say etc etc... oh well, no one said getting connected to the intertubes in sa was easy
