This is my review:


No, my hand doesn't hurt and I did change my grip to accommodate this size. The honeycomb also isn't in the way as I have heard that some people get their pinky into the holes which I haven't experienced.

I see most reviewers say that the mouse rattles, but mine doesn't rattle, it does, however, have the 'loose' L+R buttons, but it isn't an issue unless you are actively trying to move the buttons. The L+R is also appropriately responsive. Best 'gaming' middle mouse button on the market, this scroll and click are sublime. The DPI button isn't intrusive. The side buttons suck. No wall issues, the chassis is strong and I have tried to click it and it doesn't budge. The cable makes it essentially wireless so I don't really need a bungie anymore.

I see the latest Model O/O- mice is also now shipping with 'this' cable.

The mouse isn't that small, it is smaller than my G403, but the MM710's hump does provide good hand placement.

All in all, I am happy. It is a good product. R699. No complaints.

Also, Chaos Computers delivered it in person. That is service. Well done, will support your shop if not my own ;)
 
And... These ultralightweight mice for FPS make a lot of sense. I was wrong. It improves your aim significantly, it will greatly support your muscle memory.

Now I also want to try out the Glorious O- and G-Wolves Hati (which I might order in December).

They suggest / recommend NOT updating the firmware ?

So a Couple questions have you already updated the Firmware or NOT ?

and what is your recommendation to keep the default shipped with Firmware on the mouse or to download the"updated" firmware from the CoolerMaster site please ?

I installed the latest version and I don't know what the issue is what people are going on about... nothing odd about the mouse. Just remember to remove the plastic ;)

I see the Glorious crowd like to attack the MM710, so many 'wobble' button debates... The one I received seems to be generally put well together. This is, however, an all-out gaming mouse, and I don't see it replacing my G403 as my daily driver. I wouldn't advise CAD or Photoshop, or similar, users to use an MM710.

Since using the MM710 every else is now a brick in comparison :laugh: My ROG Spatha is now a rock.
 
I see there is now another new update out. My current version is 0182 and the new version is 0186. Going to check it out.
 
FW is the same as the old FW... don't know where the changelog or patch notes are. Anyhow, this is my only gripe with the MM710,

they need to change the FW to allow DPI enabling and disabling. Who needs 7 DPI switches??? I only switch between 400 and 800, and there is no DPI indicator on the MM710. Bad design and implementation.

I need to change switch 7 to 3000 or something so that I know I am resetting back to switch 1 when switching through.
 
How has CSGO been as of late? I've fired it up but haven't had time to play. Still as many dodgy characters playing MM?

It is better, I think. I haven't noticed an outright hacker in a comp for some time now. Experienced an aim hacker in casual who had his spread and recoil cancelled. He was running with an AK playing snake on the walls...
 
Got hackers once this month - just a lot of smurfs usually. Or get teamed with higher ranked players. Still fun though.

Strange how Logitech is testing their business orientated line in gaming.


I can't do curved input peripherals. Don't know how gamers from back in the day preferred Microsoft Natural Ergonomic Keyboards for gaming.

@Cav5034 you by far have the highest HSP, need to get those carries up and perhaps consider entry-fragging :thumbsup:

I am very rusty. First games in a couple weeks... We need to get the old casual king to pull his finger
