CSGO Sticky thread

I don't see the issue. Seems like it's similar to the Desert Eagle. They will probably remove the 1 shot kill and bring it inline with the Deagle.

Yea, seems to be similar to AWP power atm. I can see it working as another deagle. Not a hand cannon.
Unless these people in the video had no armour then it's still similar to a deagle.

I should play CS again...I can't remember getting a single body shot kill with a deagle ever. Headshots, yes...even with armour but body shots used to do 50-80 dmg (depending on armour \ distance).

No armour - Instakill with a deagle and a Scout iirc.
I don't play with a deagle anyway, so not too sure.
 
Be prepared to listen to people whine in game every 5 seconds, like I just had to listen to. Multiple guys complaining the gun doesn't work or is inaccurate, they can't figure out you have to hold the mouse button, it has a delay.

On the other hand the update did do something weird to my mouse settings and I don't know what.

Deagle is not a 1 shot kill to the body.
The R8 is.
 
R8 is one shot one kill to body with armor

People can whine all they want in non-competitive. Biatching about gun usage... they can take this issue to the pro players where they will receive zero sympathy. Since the last update my game is troubled with my Crimson driver suite.

I have been one shot killed with a Deagle before in the first round. Just don't know if I might have taken damage before or not. But still the AWP type power on the R8 is a bit excessive. And if on the same level as a Deagle people will only use it because it looks different, but you will still be 1 bullet short on a clip. So I can't see people replacing Deagle with the R8 other than for the look :o

It is the only game that I have experienced to date which bombs with Crimson and has intermittent graphics related issues, nothing which I had experienced in the past, and remember it may be hardware related as well. My PC has been rage quitting on me :p

What are you on about?
The R8 has more stopping power than the deagle for less.
The deagle is pointless next to the R8's 1 shot body kill compared to the 1 shot hs of the deagle.

Yes, read my previous posts...

I can see the whining happening and it being nerfed. Once nerfed they will probably bring it to Deagle level. I have mentioned that above. :confused:
