CSGO Sticky thread

Anyone play Demolition, I think I like it. If Casual and Arms Race had a baby it would be Demolition.

I do play that some times, it is quite fun. Non competitive bomb planting scenarios gets old very quick as very little of the people playing it actually goes to plant the bomb. It's basically just Casual Arms race.

Granted I've only played a couple of rounds but the guys I played with immediately went for the bomb plant.

I'm not a good player, do basic ok and great with a shotgun:D. If you're short of team members I will join.

Will definitely let you know. I'm not that keen. A friend I play with asked if I would join. Need something to keep me busy so I said yes. He has yet to give me any details or even a clan name. With little time to practice, this might not even happen. But if we need people, I will shout out on this thread. Thanks.
 
Either I'm getting better or I should have listened earlier, I changed my sensitivity from 6 to 4.5 and going lower tomorrow. I'm making amazing Deagle headshots from straight across the map, consistently.

my sweet spot is at 2.75. Sure I don't have that much mobility like being able to do 180 turns quickly. But my shots are precise and on point.

I have a feeling my sweet spot is going to be around 3, I think the first time I changed my sensitivity I lowered it too much at once and that's why it felt slow motion to me. Now that my headshot accuracy is going up fast I get called a hacker more often which is nice :whistle:

Your mouse DPI setting?

I play 800 DPI with mouse sensitivity set to 1.95

You probably play at 800, the defaults are usually something like 400, 800 and 2000.

Which mouse do you use? I have a Corsair Vengeance M65 (laser) which I use with my gaming pc. I play a lot better with a Genius something that I use with my workstation. I'm considering to get another mouse, looking at the Steelseries Rival. The closest that I will ever be to Razor is with their mouse pads, currently using a Razor Destructor pad.

I also need a new mouse I think. Mine is some coolmaster (CMStorm) mouse. Also thinking of investing in a nice mouse now. Nothing wrong with the mouse I have. It's about a year old now and time for a new one :o

Inspired by this post...

Over the course of two weeks I've released three different fake "multihacks". Essentially they edit your view angles to those that should be impossible to get and constantly gives infinite ammo/health. The hacks also do a few other things that ensure a VAC ban would be received.

The first two releases had a "timer" in them which meant the features that instantly VAC banned them would only be activated after a certain time (e.g. 10 PM on the day after the release)... the final hack (with over 3.5k downloads) just instantly VAC bans them as soon as they open the hack and join a game.

In total, my fake hacks received 26,000+ views and 5,500+ downloads!

Anyone been buying any keys lately? The exchange rate isn't very nice to us. Last I checked it was R39 for a key :(
 
People wanted to chastise me but I just found out one of the guys I've played against since late last year is playing with a mouse sensitivity of 9.74.
