Nope. TeamSpeak is better. Most of us just use in game chat anyway. These apps are only useful when you play as a team, and don't solo queue.

Latency. I can easily host my own TS server locally with no issues (there is a user limit, but that is fine for most). I can even go for Mumble. Harder to set up, but even better.

Do the bots scale based on the skill level of the players?

I've always wonder what happens when you see a bot destroy people, every once in a while you get that bot that goes off.

AFAIK those bots are called "rogue bots", there's a slight chance a bot goes "rogue" and plays unusually for a bot. 70% it plays VERY well. 15% it shoots its own team, etc etc. Rogue bots first started appearing in 1.6s
