Have had only one Steam account ever...13 years and counting :)

For me, there would be way more casual than comp in those numbers....like 15-20x more casual than competitive. Still think there's something off there...I don't do that well in casual.

Pretty much every time I play online, I play with bots for 15-20 minutes as a warm-up. That's offline though...but it is the only time I can think of where my k/d gets high enough to drag the average up that high.

I could understand with comp or casual if you play with a good team and you don't die most rounds then you have a good aggregate score.

That explains it, everything you do counts towards the stats even if you make your own server with BOTS.

Side note, the highest legit K/D I've seen is a local Global, the last time I checked he had a 2.2 K/D.

Must be...I just dug around and I have 7000 AUG kills. No way that's not bot matches.
 
Unfortunately the Global guy's profile is private so the stats sites no longer work but I remember he also had some insane headshot percentage, something in the 70s, I guess there is a reason he is Global.

It would've been great if somehow it only tracked stats when playing with humans.

It's the same way you can unlock achievements playing only with BOTS.
 
Yea I would like that. I don't play with bots these days, other than when they flesh out the server, but in the beginning I did.

If you guys see I have a 5.0 K/D tomorrow morning, that's just cos I had a good game tonight. With Humans. Legit.

Lols. I'd check how to reset it but my warm-up routine is kinda set in stone. 8 bots against, 3 with, hard difficulty on shortdust.

If you know that map, this will make sense...you can stand outside that ladder room at the top and the bots come in through that hole and split left and right around the boxes toward you. It's a nice way to practice moving the cross hair quickly left and right.

Up until last week, I didn't know it was a demolition map :o

The warmups before comp matchs also count that's why I have a lot of taser kills.

I use Vodacom FTTH and have never got anything more then 5ms ping on CT servers.

Aim maps and crosshair placement. Game sence is learned over time and you can have cancer reaction time but if your crosshair placement is on point it makes things alot easier. Once you grind those out you will have great reaction time and crosshair placement and you can start hitting those sick one-taps.
