CSGO Sticky thread

Makes a big difference at >144fps as my monitor is 144hz, anything below and I get input lag
You need to read up on input lag, I doubt that you are superhuman enough to experience the minimum input lag at 60hz. However, the higher the FPS the smoother you perceive the next F and not the PS.

I think you are experiencing display lag, but you may optimise this with the in-game graphic settings.

To improve your skill, the 2 lags to reduce is your 1) network and your 2) keyboard/mouse. The monitor, well, you are human.

In some cases you may experience lag with your sound.

None which I mentioned here will improve your game sense, reaction time or aim.

Playing the game more often will improve aim, game sense and might help a little with reaction time, overall I play like a MGE, which is probably why I can't get out of MGE

I played a bit last night, casual, was very uncompetitive, but okay, I guess. I am going to game tonight, early, perhaps around 19:00. Anyone who wants to comp is welcome to add me to their lobby.
