CSGO Sticky thread

Has this thread produced any legitimate Supremes to date?

I am back at playing The Division 2. Will check back into this game on Sunday.

highly doubt it. The game is fading a lot as of late. I haven't even played a comp in two or so months. When I tried to warm up over the weekend I ended up not paying too well and just left it.

Sorry to hear that bro. Many toxic idiots out there. These racist players give others whites like me a bad name. There are literally games where I mute my whole team. Then you have endure players that died first and now want to backseat micro manage your game play. I freaking hate that. Just mute bro, or go AFK in spawn until they kick you, then you start new game with better players. Life is to short to play with toxic people. We play for fun and relaxation.

99.999% of the people in csgo are awesome, this particular guy is a dickwad of note. I see him I mute him. Would be a bonus if he got banned.

Sorry for the slight derail but are you using in on an AMD or nVidia card? May be a good idea to splurge on a new monitor, as my current one is a bit old hat from 2011

Nvidia, G-Sync works, I saw some very slight brightness flickering in the Apex Legends and CSGO main menu (which is a known thing with Freesync) but it disappears when you're in game.

I hate v-sync, g-sync etc. I'd much rather cap game fps in rtss.

G-Sync doesn't add input lag and only kicks in if my FPS goes below 144Hz which in CSGO it never does afaik and in other games you can use RTSS to cap it at 142 to make sure it stays in range.
 
I have been playing CSGO for 6 years now.
Today, like many other days I was ridiculed for my Afrikaans accent when talking English in game, by English players.
So I asked this English guy if he is even fluent in a second language.
I have a thick Afrikaans accent but I try my best and people have no trouble understanding me so I don't understand why they have to ridicule me.

Over the years I have met a bunch of nice guys, English and Afrikaans people and this is no way a generalisation.

I have the thickest Afrikaans accent and I don't care what anyone says, come at me when you speak multiple languages without an accent.
