NASA has said that the Mars rover has performed according to plans and the results so far have been “outstanding”

There is no doubt whatsoever that this has been the best piece of PR for NASA in the past 20 years. Magnificently executed all the way throughout. It's great to see that NASA can still be so full of vitality.
