Current ADSL outages?

Hi there,
Im havng a problem with connectivity (Telkom 384k adsl and their service) now (17:40 24th May 2007). Anyone else? Im in Capetown. Southern suburbs. Router says line up but authentication failed and I cant reach bank sites or telkom :) I did phone but couldnt be botherewd waiting as Im sure its a hassle their side.
As an asside it might be quite nice to have a thread that ppl just bump when they notice hassles, obviously give details. It might show trends too.
 
Went down about ... maybe a half hour ago in Emmarentia (Parkview Exchange), Jo'burg. TelkomSA ISP. Can't get through to technical support (shock.)
 
down in rosebank too
got through to telkom after 30 mins but that was absolutely no help and they couldnt confirm a problem

Getting sync but my router hangs on initialize lcp, tried both a telkom and an IS acc..
 
Been down in Hatfield for over a week. Complained on hellopeter but still no joy. think I'm going to fetch a baseball bat an pop over to the Telkom shop to sort out the problem.
