Can Anyone Help!!!??!!!

I'm trying to resolve a problem with a bill I received one of our users. We got an invoice for thousands of Rands and you can see from the itemised billing that there has been quiet a bit of data used. The only problem I have is trying to find out the exact amount of data used during the course of last month, I've phoned 0821940, 082155, 0821946, 0821082 etc. No-one seems to be able to help and I just get bounced around from one operator to another without success.

Any ideas as to how I can get this done ?

Get a reference number - they sometimes forget to add it to the reply.
