Cutting a regular SIM down to Micro-SIM

Easily done with a template and sharp scissors. I got it right on my first attempt. You might have to sand down the simple to make it thinner if it doesn't fit but I didn't have to do this.

Ninja edit. I cut from micro to nano... But you should not have an issue.

Go buy a prepaid sim, pop out the micro sim and use the outer bit as a template, use a coloured pen and draw the shape on your sim , then its an easy cut with scissors.

I've cut from normal to micro, micro to nano and actually nano to micro also
