Cutting Mobile Prices

Good - I do hope IncompetentCASA will follow up and do something... I am fed up with high prices already.
 
I still think Cell C is complicit as much as they may try and make themselves out to be the victim. If they really want to bring down prices why not offer dirt cheap on-net calls? Also, why do we have to be limited to 3 networks, why not introduce a fourth, fifth if there's a willing applicant and spectrum allows for it?
