Need to make that list into a watch list for cars to avoid with certain plates.
I'll start,

CY - quite possibly the worst drivers on the planet

You should hear me shout "Diiiiieeeeeee!!!!!!!!" every time I see a CY plate They need to be wiped off the face of the planet

I would also like to express my disgust for CY plates. I agree, they are the worst drivers on the planet and I drive far away when I see one..
