Most Capetonians have trouble driving up here. Unlike Cape Town, turning on your hazards does not give you carte-blanche to do whatever you want, such as making a U-Turn on a highway, etc.

From my experience I'd say CY plates are more common. Individual experiences dont count for much in cases like this.

CFM - Complete Fusking Morons

Agreed. MUCH worse. Those guys who sit on the right hand lane (fast lane) and refuse to move over .... almost always CFR or CFM.
