I blame Telkom. I have absolutely no reason to but it just feels right.

I see, most interesting. I have the 10gb/month package. I also have a Networx monitor which shows the useage. On 3rd Feb, 4th March and 4th April my service was suspended as I had reached the cap. Networx showed 33mb in Feb, 28mb in March and 92mb in April had been transferred. CellC are adamant that the whole 10Gb had gone in 3 days. I am the only one in the house who uses the internet. The dog and cat have yet to be introduced to it.

So I had to top up each time at a cost of R 280,00 a month. At the beginning of Feb I switched off the wireless portion of my router, which in any case has a poor range and cannot be picked up in the street, let alone next door. CellC are not interested in the slightest.

As per the article, if you have some data backing you up as you say, then contact Lloyd.
