All of these PCs were probably running Windoze.
I can think of ways to do an Internet cafe with Linux that will make it nearly impossible to pull something like this. You could easily do a script to create a new user for every customer and delete it afterwards.
Unfortunately everybody and his dog thinks Windosh is the only game in town. Even schools are in on the act, teaching kids Wurd and Peworpoint as part of the curriculum. With software "donated" by M$ of course. A bit like Britisj Amerikan Tobacco handing out ciggies at the tuckshop. Gets them hooked for life.
Weeddoze is just not secure enough. Anything with a file name ending in ".exe" wil run. Trying to apply security is such a pain that most admins just select Everyone Full Control.
None of the above will have any meaning to M$ lovers. They will just continue on their merry way and blame it on others when something like this happens. Sigh...
