The DLC can now be pre-ordered.

Steam doesn't have a bundle discount. It does, but you have to purchase the game as a bundle. The current bundle discount is set at -39% (R734.62). The main title is discounted at -50% and the DLC is priced at R399.00 (same on Epic). The €/$ price on GOG is 29.99.

The complete game without discount is now R1198. This excludes the pre-order DLC (Phantom Liberty: Quadra "Vigilante" Bonus) which is listed on Epic as coming soon. IIRC, when I saw the announcement last night, the pre-order on GOG will include the bonus DLC. It is unclear whether Steam and Epic will also include the bonus DLC in the pre-order. Since there is now a bonus DLC I am almost certain that CDPR will add more purchasable DLC.

R399 for a game was already steep
Not gonna buy DLC's as well
Maybe next year after I save up some more

Looks like this DLC also includes many changes to the base game? Might as well wait on finishing that then

It sorely needs some end game content. There's not much to do once you finish the game apart from cycling through the different endings...

I think the preorders will do well, CDPR has built a cult around their game. For those not convinced, they did add the pre-order DLC bonus, which is rare with game expansions. It is very hard to call out something broken in this game without receiving community backlash. The game has been mostly patched, though there are still some minor issues. All in all, the game is in a much better state than it was at launch. I have completed this game on patch 1.1 already.

The patches have already started to make slight changes to the world which is leading into the new expansion. The main game and its side-missions are untouched; they only advanced the world building.
 
What characters is everyone playing?
I need suggestions
When I get home after work the install should be done
My uncapped line is only 15Mb/s
 
My install is going nicely, I can see from work pc that the game is 36% installed

I'm on my first playthrough, playing as street kid.

No idea what the differeces are between the 3 classes

The problem with the game was that it wasn't baked. It was still dough at release. There are still minor bugs, but nothing bread breaking. Is it a good game now, yes, superb actually. Not a 10, but I could give it an 8.5.
