Nudity was removed from the player character. When the game launched you could keep your underwear off. Now you can't. On PC mods restored the function. On console there was (maybe still is, don't know, sold my PS5) a trick to keep it off - open menu - equip pants - unequip pants - spam equip on the pants.

In addition, nude strippers from the bars were removed and replaced by DEI characters. One now is even a fat dude.

They also about halved the sex toys on display in adverts and in shops.

Can confirm nudity has not been removed. Started a new unmodded game and everything is still there in character creation and also the nude chick in the bathtub in the first mission.

Its removed.

Make sure your nudity filter is off > Go outside and unequip everything or go take a shower > look down or get on a bike = why hello Mr. Underpants and no balls swinging.

Ok yeah, just checked and I'm standing in the middle of a crowd in my undies.

BUT...

In my inventory there is still full nudity if I remove all my clothes. And like I said, full nudity in character creation and girl in bathtub etc. So nudity has not in fact been removed.

A foolish decision. You have a censor toggle you twits, you are legally covered from any attempted lawsuit. This is like saying an adult can't have steak because a baby can't chew it. Exactly and being patronized is one of the very few things that sets me off. Especially after I've been sold...
