Cybersmart Service

I've been looking at getting ADSL for a while now (still waiting for F**KING TELKOM) anyway and have been looking at the different ISP's. So far Cybersmart is the cheapest. And i was just wondering if anyone has had any bad service from them? What is there service like? What problems?
