Cybersmart - unable to authenticate

Is anybody else getting auth errors when trying to connect using their cybersmart account?

No problems here. I have found, however, that it takes longer to connect to Cybersmart than my other ISP's. Not a lot, but where others take 10 seconds, Cybersmart takes about a minute.
