I have the home uncapped option with them, and all I can say it's not that great. I do intend to move to another ISP soon or test out their business line option. However when I was on their semi uncapped option their international download speeds and p2p was good because all capped options are on the business line. It all depends what option you going for, business line option is good and home line option is bad.

Hi Kenpachi,

There were some issues with speed during the upgrades. I can suggest that you use our Business uncapped package to get superior quality and delightful Cybersmart experience. This has a lower contention ratio than the Home uncapped.

I'm on their 1mbps uncapped. Local is fine but anything international is crap slow...lets just say that if I ever get a download speed of 20kBps that is good. Usually around 10...impossible for just about anything! My cancellation is due for 28th.
They said they have two IPC's due for 25th...that would mean today Cybersmart? Should I expect proper internet when I go home today?

We are on a uncapped business account (2mb) no news server, torrents almost never go over 120kB/s. Youtube always buffers no matter what quality you try, 720p takes forever to load. Not sure if this is good or bad.....

Here's some speed tests to prove the bad international... 1mbps home uncapped - Durban

Local:

Test conducted on 2/25/2013 6:43:11 PM

Download Speed: 788 kbps (98.5 KB/sec transfer rate)
Upload Speed: 418 kbps (52.3 KB/sec transfer rate)
Latency: 107 ms

International:

Test conducted on 2/25/2013 6:37:00 PM

Download Speed: 66 kbps (8.3 KB/sec transfer rate)
Upload Speed: 326 kbps (40.8 KB/sec transfer rate)
Latency: 217 ms

There are problems getting your line back if you got them to give you a combo package.
