been having d/cs every few secs and lag on world of warcraft noticed by tracerting its telkoms dns servers and international server has problems.
Anyway to go about fixing it or a phone number for top guy in telkom to contact.

well wanted the phone number of the top telkom guy to complain to. Tired of phoning telkoms phone representatives which take 2 hours to answer me.

i think that just a wild guess on your part.. jsut llike telkom does..!!!

Somehow i don't think the 'top telkom guy' will want to hear your rants?
There's a reason why there's a call center that you hold on the line for 2 hours for. Other people have to do it too - I did it this morning, and it was 15 minutes.
Why should you get vip service?
And please make your text easier to read... use some damn grammar etc. Helps a lot, you'll see.

btw telkom fixed it and said it was to do with the hardware for the dns and international server
