D Link DSL-2750 - LTE dongle compatible

My brother is getting fibre in a few months ... So he doesn't want to spend money. So, we got an old D Link DSL modem and 8TA dongle which, judging by his sub 1Mbps speed must be 3G.

Does anyone know of an LTE or 4G dongle that works with old model?

They only list the ones that are tested and working but there are others that also works.

My MNT branded Huawei E352 works perfectly.

Is that E352 3G or LTE?

I'm not 100% sure. I think it's only 3G.
It's not with me at the moment so i can't check.
