i'm feeling rather proud of myself. went to payfines to check for fines and found out i haven't had one in just over a year. i find it hard to believe but i am not complaining.
Don't worry... it doesn't show on those websites (the fines). My Aarto one didn't show... and I had the ticket in my hand.

Looks like I got another ticket. Will see if it's an Aarto one (happend 31 Aug 2009).. so can't be them...

I was reading that article and my jaw dropped..

But [BOLD] Not [/BOLD] surprised.

There is SO many flaws in just the notice I received (like I mentioned earlier in this thread), it's a wonder that the system actually boots up.

My biggest question is.. how can you fine people, but you don't include the street + time + photo in the fine?

How do you go "live"/"pilot" with that detail missing ? WTF...

Can you believe, that I've just received another notification for the fine which was the reason for me starting this thread. This after sending them a registered letter with all the relevant info around the time of my first post.

I'm definitely passing this on to a lawyer.

Last I heard, all AARTO fines up to February this year was suppose to be scraped?
