So here's a little more updated version of Conan....

Armour: 5.3k
Dodge: 18%
Block: 0%
Resists: ~500
Damage: 23k
HP: 28k
AS: 1.2
LoH: 600

All stats unbuffed. I gain 20% armour and 50% AR from War Cry as well as 20% damage from Frenzy. That's how I currently attempt Act 2 runs. Act 1 is really a breeze with those stats and I find myself swapping out AR items for DPS items as a result :)
 
Demon hunter in diablo cloned armor < spikes all over and dyed red

Armour: 4.2k
Dodge: 35% and more with skills
Block: 0%
Resists: ~300
Damage: 47k first 3 seconds
HP: 24k
AS: 1.6
LoH: 250
crit chance : 140% ( over 3 seconds) thereafter 40%
crit dmg increase : 253%


this is with dex at 930.

two one handed bows at 804.dps


need more hp and armor and more dps to finish act 2 inf. cant get past the boss at the bridge.

Demon hunter has dodge skills?... :confused: 35% base dodge is incorrect for 930 dex btw (it should be 28.6%)...
140% chance to crit?... Over 3 seconds?? lolwut

Armour: 2898
Dodge: 35.8%
Resists: 256
Damage: 28.2k
HP: 35.6k
AS: 1.75
Crit%: 14.5
Crit dmg: 135%

Act 1 was a breeze at this DPS. I think its too low for act 2 though, so playing my monk for now, maybe I'll give act 2 a go over the weekend with my DH

I would've believed that with the OP nature of your chars :P Hehehehe!! Got your DPS up quite nicely I see... That's without Sharpshooter I'm guessing?

No sharpshooter for those stats, although I do run with it since my crit % is pathetic
 
Ok, so another update - when I remember I must add my DH stats in here as well... Anyhoo, Conan soldiers on with these stats

Armour: 5.7k
Dodge: 18%
Block: 0%
Resists: 450-500
Damage: 38k
HP: 29k
AS: 1.4 (excl DW bonus - 1.67 incl)
LoH: 0 :cry:
LS: 2.5%
Crit Chance: 45%
Crit Damage: 320%

I was able to run through the Desolate Sands and Vault of the Assassin on my own (died 4 times due to greed/speed). It was worked out ok though. I killed shielding, molten, desecrator, jailor of those things that whirlwind in one go (with WotB) and almost did Balki's Dance of Joy!!
 
I forgot to mention that I've now edited my OP <-- if only that applied to my barb and not my post.
I'll add mine to the frey as well :)

There is my main. Any advice what I can add for 300k or less?

I think I need a higher DPS weapon... but IIRC main stat is more or less equal to 1 dps per second. Thus my weapon would be equal to a weapon doing more or less 1k dps but without any added stats. or is this a very wrong assumtion?

Edit: Is it just me or are Wizards very Under powered versus Demon Hunters?

Haven't played a wiz yet, but I know the world first diablo inferno kill was done with a party of 2 ( Barb and wiz) So I wouldn't say their underpowered, DH in general seem to die a lot more from what I've seen in public games

Edit; To try and answer your question(if I understand it correctly), I'll give you an example, on my demon hunter a 1000dps bow with no stats would be overpowered by a 900dps bow with a socket and some dexterity on, add a star emerald to the bow an it'll give me 70% added critical hit damage, which will make my overall dps more than the 1000dps bow

Finally! :D 45k DPS, act 3 is getting much easier to run now
Got 600 LoH, 600 resist, 6k armour (buffed), 35k HP

Damn man. I'm (buffed) 56k dps, 900-1000 resist, 8k armour and some of the creep in a3 is still just horrible for me. I'm in between changing specs though, and will hopefully find something that works. I also am in drastic need of new pants and chest :(

:wtf: With those stats I'd be standing and laughing at most mobs.... The only thing that could drag you down would possibly be HP. But surely no-one can have lower HP than my barb??? :D I'm sitting on ~28k
