D3 Higher GR Group(s)

Trying to get a group going for some higher GR's (70+) within MyBB so we can avoid pubs.

1: DMO Twister Wizard

Can fill the twister Wizard role. Just need that twister weapon. I think I have everything else. Although I require some much more optimised gear tbh. My first DMO set that dropped was not great. I managed to enchant my way to relevancy, but 58% CD on travellers pledge. No dps stats on compass rose. Bracers rolled with neither crit chance nor % elemental damage. So have only got access to one of them.
Legendary gems are only level 25 each and Essoteric alteration is not even 25 yet. Have 24 GR keys stored up. So with empowered rifts I have nearly 100 gem levels available.
 
I have the pull Barb build going but after checking out the profiles for Archer and Healz, I realise I'm still very much eating at the kiddies table. :cry:

Given that I'm still battling to crack a solo 60 GR, I doubt I'd contribute at higher levels. So good luck! I expect to see four of you at the top of the 4 player EU leaderboard soon! :D
 
I'll add you for that role.

As the only DPS in the group it's crucial that the Wizard get everything rolled, upgraded etc.
Weapon should be an Ancient, gems should be around level 60 etc.

Well that really goes for everyone tbh as that just helps the group. 6 CHC instead of 5, 8 CDR instead of 6, full upgrade gems etc etc.
One has to note that supports can get away with far less as they have certain jobs.
IE the Monk just need a few specific things so he can spawn tons of globes, then he just needs to survive. So it's quite easy to get him ready.

As the DMO Orb build uses a lot of the same gear as the Twister Wiz your Solo clears can give a good indication of how you will help the group as the DPS. It's a bit harder to help gear a Twister Wiz for obvious reasons.
Join me for Tx speed runs and hope for luck and use the Souls / DB's to get the gear needed and/or do group lower GR runs.

As I'm in the Wiz slot atm if there is another Wiz that fill in at the higher GR's I'm hoping the group can get too, I don't mind rolling a Monk and alternating a bit.

I'm really hoping we can get a few regular group players here to see what we can do. All previous Seasons I basically ended up farming higher GR's with public groups and I really prefer to see what MyBB ppl can do together instead of just running 60's or so with each other.

I'll have to double check it, but I'll post so links (in main post). There are some slightly different ones for all supports but I'd suggest ppl check the leader boards for the currently Meta

IE, Barb had another build when DH's was still in play, but atm single target globe spawning on the RG is important.

If your group only has 1 layout then there'll be only 1 group (that will only last a short while).
But if there are 3-4 different groups then we'll include more people, so it'll last longer and we'll be able to go higher by the end.

Even if the other setups are only 90 or 70% as effective, for leveling gems and getting higher its all good.

1 Top group setup with the most potential is what is preferred and what we want to end up with. The one with the most potential.

The idea is to get a bunch of ppl actually interested and maybe have some rotate and even more than 1 group if possible. See the thread says Group(s)
Remember everyone is not always online. Ideally you would want to make a decent group at any given time.

Most importantly we need players interested in going beyond the normal random group setup GR's they are doing. And we need these ppl a bit more dedicated to know the builds, and do the min/maxing needed on gear / stats.
It's not just about just getting 4 ppl and doing GR's. The setup & playstyle / job becomes important.

That said I think we might be able to also add DH to the list. They used to be part of the Meta but fell off as 2 x globe spawners seems to be preferred.
In the end I still want to end up with the top 4 listed. Currently I see the Monk spot a bit of an issue and possible WD if Jaco is not around but as said above there are some options.

Exactly my thoughts really. Which is why I see my Wiz as a backup for when you are not online or in the mood to go but the rest of the team is.

I don't mind rolling a Globe Monk at all. I like the support role. I will maybe make one tonight, find someone to level me to 70 and hopefully do a few TX boosts to start off my gear hunt.

It's up to you bud. In the end one needs to have fun in what you play / do.
I'm hoping higher GR's will bring some fun for ppl interested.

I'll boost you np.
I've boosted at least 5 ppl this season and it takes about 10 minutes. Faster if you have that bovine thing for the cube.

And you are more than welcome to tag along in farming runs. If Mybb ppl don't join I invite randoms crying for help in the pub communities anyway.
 
In other news, did you know the plural of GR is written as GRs, and not GR's? This applies to probably 99.999% of all abbreviations - just moer an s in. True story :p
