Apparently the ward councillor was conducting a Land Use inspection in Cape Town. Iversen was refusing to answer any questions from the guy next to him. He's laid a charge of assault.

Did you notice that Iversen was all touchy feely, and then the other guy reciprocated, that's when Iversen lashed out. No excuse at all. Councillors have a code of conduct which they must abide by.
