Lampooning or teasing based on behavior is ok, as with the DA parliamentarians in this case. Black people can also be the subject of this, the problem starts if symbols that were used in a racist manner in the past are used. The past has contaminated this.

Actually after reading this thread I am ashamed to be a ANC supporter I try to see the story from both sides and I come to realize that WE all behave like chimps. While the Titanic is going down we laugh at each other and keep ourself busy with nonsense. And the sadest part is, some ANC suporters in here seem to not know that the DA has more non white members then white. Our foreign forum members (I.E. Intel8080) must be ROFL at our 'monkey' styl African behaviour and problem solving. Shame on you all.

I think you may well have hit the nail on the head there.
The thing is that its normal for people to disagree about stuff, when you involve politics it gets a little more heated due to poor service delivery and the widespread corruption being thrown around the media.
