Thing is if they could implement their own levy INSTEAD of the national levy I would be volunteering to give them my money for it as I know we would actually see results from it then.

isnt the point of the report to see if its feasible? so after completion of the report it might get chucked anyway.

so if you see its not going to work half way through, why carry on? because lemmings?


where did this levy idea come from, for what? was it in response to sanral not going to service the western cape, because e-tolls se moer. i remember sanral saying threatening will not operate here if we dont implement e-tolls.

Exactly.
I'd much rather have this, than a party that steamrolls everything through at all cost, because -according to them- the world would implode if they were ever perceived to be weak or wrong...regardless of the real world consequences.
