I guess the DA MP discussed this bill with an ANC MP over coffee and then paid the whole bill.
10 or 20 ANC MP's voting with the DA or abstaining won't make a difference. With the majority the ANC has in parliament it would be foolish from the DA to think that they could buy enough votes to scupper the media bill.

As soon as the DA mentioned "bills" the ANC MP's assumed they were referring to cash !!!!
