Scary as in "oh my god, did I just land on a phishing website"? Then yes...
 
The strange thing is that if you click on the "Design by FullHouse" link you will get to another ugly site but then if you go look at their customer list you will find some big names there.

It boggles the mind.

I went to the designer's website and MSE threw this in my face:

Most of of the 'clients' websites I've taken a look at have used some other design studio for their website. The few that I see FullHouse DID do, are horrific. Its like the 3 blind mice used the ed line editor to develop those sites.
 
Wait! There's a "designer?"

Oh this is obviously artwork. Like a Jackson Pollack - you just throw the colours around and, like, let the world make the art for you, like bro. The design...it just like...happens, man...
