Another day another power failure

This time I phoned the elec department and guess what happened

An automated voice saying "The number you have dialled has changed and the new number is unavailable"

So I phoned he emergency number and nobody answered

*sigh*

Yep, yet another massive power outage... so bad I have to go home at lunchtime to restart my servers... UPS couldn't cope
