Dark Circles Under Eyes?

NO ANAEMIA DOES NOT CAUSE DARK CIRCLES

Please don't google and post k@k here.

Also all those other serious conditions you mention will present with other more distinctive symptoms and signs.

Of course sleep deprivation in any form will make the eyes "appear" darker due to congestion so will simple conditions like sinusitis.
Most times these are transient and fluctuate on a day to day basis.

Persistent dark circles IS hyperpigmentation.

You're wrong because I had it. Doctor diagnosed it, went on a course of iron and dark rings disappeared.

Phone your local private hospital. They can give you the contact details of a sleep clinic. The tests are usually done over-night in a hospital. You book in at 18:00 and check out at 6 the next morning.

It you get drowsy easily while driving and or feel very tired and sleepy during the day, you probably din't get proper rest.

If you don't have anyone to monitor you while you are sleeping, use your cellphone's voice record function (if it has one) to record your breathing while you are sleeping.
Thanks I'll do that. I get more than enough sleep. I don't get sleepy while driving but when I wake up I feel tired.

leave him he is an idiot. These type of people quickly google the topic then act like pros on the forum.

He probably doesnt even know about atopic hyperpigmentation or venous insufficiency can also cause that problem resulting in bags and pigmentation. There are a 100 reasons you can get this but again picked the first search result.

also it depends on the OPs age its not usual for young people to develop hyperpigmentation, hence you ask two questions the age and the state of the body. Diseases like hypertension, diabetes, asthma lifestyle like excessive smoking and extreme work outs where the body cannot keep the oxygen supply will also cause this however the OP wouldve note such obvious things hence the silent slow option is anemia which will compound over time.

But apparently you cant ask questions to get information because the professors here already googled it lol

First things to check:

1) Enough unbroken sleep (at least 8 hrs per night)
2) Drinking enough water. In conjunction less coffee and alcohol.
3) Diet. Enough fruit and veg?
