Data bundle carry over with a Sim Swap?

Good Day,

I would like to know if a valid data bundle will be carried over when a sim swap is done?
Context: Sim with a data bundle (200Gb) got damaged and i want to know if it is worth the effort to do a sim swap.
Also can it be done during lockdown over the phone?

Yes, the bundle will still be there after the SIM swap is done (provided that it has not reached its expiry date).

You can do a SIM swap over the phone during lockdown just buy a new Cell C SIM card and let us know once you have it. You can try for a SIM card that is not RICA'd but a RICA'd one will still work also if, it is in your details.
