I sent this PM a little earlier to VodacomData, the problem is sorted, thanks VodacomData
Hi VodacomData, I've tried to resolve this without appealing for help, but so far no luck.
One of my contracts is ************ (ported a while back from Cell C). on 26 Jan my wife loaded 500MB, the system said expiry end January, I told her not to worry about it as the system would update itself and give end February as expiry.
So the system didn't update and the data has now been expired. We called 082 155 this morning and got Logan, he checked and told us not to worry, the expiry notification referred to previously purchased data. So we checked via *111# and the account reflects nil data.
After 2 more aborted attempts where we gave up after holding on for an eternity, we got Lulu. In short, Lulu informs us that there is nil data loaded and a query will take 24 hours to resolve. It took 26 minutes of holding and a brief chat with Lulu to achieve this outcome. She also stated she would SMS a reference number, we are waiting patiently, probably an hour later. This is not acceptable.
I've PM'd you first, but if you prefer we can take this to the forum
thanks

I figured the fact that my wife needed to get onto her Farmville account on her day off constituted an emergency
