Data Bundle Disaster

My ADSL is down (thanks Telkom) and so I started using my 3g more than usual. Noticed I was running out of data fast so at 3pm today logged onto vodacom.mobi to add a mygig1.

It charged me, as my unbilled balance grew but no data. I tried again at 6. Same issue. Charged me but no data.

At 10.30 I called 111 who again added and deleted multiple bundles. My unbilled balance is sitting near R3000 but I STILL have no data.

Their comment??? There is a 24 hour turn around time...and any data I use is charged at out of bundle rates.

Poor man against big useless corporate.
