I recently purchased two data bundles for which the window was still active.
3gb/365 in October 2012 and the all in one voucher valid till 23/01/2013.
All my data was used up so I bought some airtime thinking I can use the weekend special airtime for data before I buy another bundle.
I did a few app updates and the weekend special airtime was depleted and my normal airtime was being used.
Should I have not fallen into the 15c/mb category or does this not apply to the 3gb/365 day bundle?
Secondly, I wanted to add a giga 200 to my sim. There are long complicated processes for me to keep my number, which meant that I could not get it done last night.
Could the cell c rep confirm whether this can be done and whether the 99c for real price plan can still apply to me.
I am on prepaid.
