Hi

Did anyone hear about the bans that has been happening throughout battle.net?

I am in a predicament.. I was looking forward to this holiday because of the Data bundle I am about to buy for a mighty 389 rands from either MTN or Vodacom. Nice price fixing I might add.

The problem comes in after I am back online, the scanner program battle.net used to detect third party application called Warden has logged all accounts/Ip's etc that has shown recent use of third party scripts. I now fear if there might be a ban set up on a vodacom IP soon..

The Ideal sollution would be to have my data bundle suspended until the ban is over. Can anyone or the representative inform me please do you support data roll over yet or some kind of hibernation policy which could allow you freese it for a period of a few weeks.

Incase of these unforseen circumstances..

Kind regards

Good luck! But to be honest, rollover? Not going to happen! Suspended!:D, Hibernation!:D I don't think VC has a policy on that.

hi

How sure are you about that? I know you can have your phone number kept and airtime frosen incase you are leaving the country for an extended period of time. Atleast with virgin mobile - Do think about something if there isn't alreaddy a sollution.. I don't like this situation im in..

Does the vodacom users all share a single ip range or is it not a problem ? I might have been worried for nothing :)
