Data centers for Africa

I don't like that it is the likes of telecoms guys creating the data centres.
Why not Microsoft and Amazon build their own data centres in SA.

Telecoms operators priority is to line their pockets first instead of being cheap and scaling up by having a huge userbase as quickly as possible like the international norm is.
