Maybe someone can tell me how this all works:
LAst SMS i received after talking to the Call Center was this:
""Your Migration request from Weekender Plus to 3G - 500MB Bundle will be processed on at a cost of R0.00""
The story begins when i went to 2 different Vodashops asking to Migrate from my Weekender contract to the R350 p/month 3G contract. No one could do it, and they said i simply can't "yet".
So i accepted that, went on VodacomSP.co.za and removed my 250MB bundle, and tried to add the 500MB bundle. The 3G one was missing and the GPRS didn't want to add. So i phone the helpdesk and tell them, to add the 500MB bundle for May. Big mess, they couldn't do it either same error and whatnot. So after 5 calls i had to settle with a "Your request for a 500MB bundle from 1 May has been received, it will be loaded". All fine, i'm happy.
Then i get a call from Vodacom telling me the 500MB 3G bundle is not available as a Value Added Service! The guy told me i should rather migrate to the 3G 500MB 'package'. So there i go WTF, this is what i wanted to do in the beginning. I thus told him, ok then, do that. So now i actually don't really know what i'll get next month because 'bundle' and 'package' and 'contract' is being used interchangeably
Either way, if i do migrate i'll be very happy. If i get a VAS bundle on my weekender then that's ok, that's what i assumed i will be 'stuck' with until Vodacom can let me migrate from a Voice Contract to a Data Contract.
So can anyone tell me what above SMS translates to?
