Data line IP's

I need to get the IP addresses of our data lines. The lines come with their own circuit numbers of course.

Which number can i dial or which department can i phone at telkom ?

Stupid question maybe...but can't you just get the IP the same way as on a dynamic IP line? i.e. visit one of those whatsmyip sites?
