Data not working (airtime window expired)

Agog, I thought I was the only one having issues. On 27th of last month I bought 300mb, I got as far as using 60mb and now my 3G just hangs...and then times out, getting me nowhere.This has been happening for months. I buy..use a few MB and then the end until my 30 days is over and I lose it. So fekking annoying. I thought there was something wrong with my SIM card or iPad but it appears its actually cell c.

Hi there, its not area specific because I use wireless at home and anywhere else I can so its when Im out and about and need access to the web, CT area. At first I thought that my Ipad was maybe updating stuff and not showing in my usage tab but then I started manually turning the 3G on and off as needed and still nothing happening! Ive also taken the sim out, rebooted my ipad etc etc numerous times and still just hanging and eventually timing out. It cant be data thou as I don't get the *run out of data page* as has happened in the past. I will PM the sim number-Thanks so much x

Hi Carol35, I have extended your airtime window by 365 days, your sim is active now. Please reboot and retry. *DM*
 
Kudos to him, can you extent mine by 3650 days please ::P

Hi, When you only load data on your sim rather than loading airtime and converting to data, your airtime window doesn't extend, then we have to do it manually on our side. PM me your number if this is the case. *DM*
