I would like to know if anyone has had any experience using a Data Pro MPLS VPN solution – good or bad.
Ideally from customers that have branches in both Cape Town and Jhb (and Durban).
How is their service?
Did you have contact with senior managers, are they contactable 24/7.
Do they have their own infrastructure (asides from the usual dependency on Telkom), or do they rent services from the like of IS or Verizon.
How is their network performance in terms of latency and availability?
I would really like to get some answers to this, as it will help in in the decision making process.
(They have offered us a VPN solution)
