Everything seems to make sense, except the in-bundle rates for Data Messenger*# and Data Messenger Plus#. An in bundle rate of R 7.80 and R 2.13 per MB respectively while the OOB rate is R 2.00 per MB.

Am I missing something like subscribers paying for a service (rather than data) where data is bundled with that service in the initial price?

Well the DM package is more for SMSing as you pay a flat rate of 21c a MT. The data is, I guess, more an added value...

I have this for my wife and the bundled 40Mb is enough to do a regular backup of here database and spreadsheets (using a hosted subversion repositry).
