Data received

Hi,

I went to Vodacom4me and check the data that I've used for this month, and noticed that November 2008 reflects 1.25GB threshold and 1.25GB used

I've been on a 2GB package since earlier this year, so I should have received 2GB every month.

I checked on my brothers (also on 2GB) and noticed his says 1.85GB.

I'm not sure why - but I have logged a call. Can any of you others log in and see if you received the correct amount of data in November?

Checked my friends 1GB ... it says on the website his theshold is 138MB.

mine showed 1.5, but I use 1.9 at normal speeds with no extra cost.... it was a mess in november and december.. showed 1.1 in december

But the threshold was lower as well?

There were billing problems in that time period, but it was adjusted to the correct numbers. Not sure if it reflects on 4me though.

Best to call 155 and see what they say.
