Ok so I tried using the internet on my SGS2 and nothing. I know data services are removed from my SIM because the same thing happened 2 months ago. I phone the helpdesk and they send me my settings for me to connect to the internet again. Happy that went so quick but when I asked Vodascum why this is happening they just throw their hands in the air. Customer Support said they are going to transfer me to the Data department so that we can get to the bottom of this.
I wait for 10 mins and got cut off. Wait 5 mins and phone the Data department directly on 082155. I go through all the options waiting for a consultant and got cut off again. Wait 10 mins again and exaclty the same thing happened.
I am now at my wits end, clearly my phone is working again as stated earlier but I wanted to know why this is happening, but the people that would know (data department) seems to not take calls ?
Anyone else experiencing similar issues with the Vodacom Data Department ?
