Morning, wondering if I can get some some advice.

Iam using prepaid data via a private contractor who is associated with telkom, this data is streaming for tv useage via a xiomi box. I have since the last 2 months had chunks of data disappearing. Could this be because the private provider does not have the necessary safeguards in place? What would you recommend I do?
I read that telkom has better safeguards in place than other networks, shud I just buy prepaid data directly from them?

How do you know that "chunks of data" is disappearing?

The private data supplier, informed me that he had requested a printout from telkom and he could see that approximately 15 gigs of data was disappearing in one go at any given time, this was last month . this month I had 50 gigs of data in the day and it has already finished, i plan to go to telkom on Friday to see if I can get access to 1) printouts of data usage 2) access which allows monitoring of my data. I am also thinking of changing my SIM.

So who is this private contractor?
 
I too have Telkom prepaid LTE and I loose about 200 MB a day.
First the Night time data dissapears and when that's complete it starts eating into the anytime data.
I have spoken to TelkomZA about this but of course he denies it.
I now have a WebAfrica/Telkom account and so far so good.
 
Do you think, theft is a problem because it's prepaid?
I have phone contracts with telkom which include data. I don't have any problem with that.
 
I must add here that since my last post on Monday not even 1 byte of my Telkom data has vanished.
I transfered 1GB to my Telkom modem for test purposes and every bit is still there.
Looks like it pays to complain here on mybb :)
